Who we are

The guide is made by Nives Dilber, The Naptime Method (see the imprint). The purchase and payment are handled by Payhip. Payhip's checkout terms apply to the payment.

What you get

Online access to the interactive guide through a private link, including future updates of this version of the guide.

Your licence

The guide is for you personally. You may use the prompts, steps and templates to build and sell your own products. Please do not share your access link, resell, copy or publish the guide or parts of it.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content it ends as soon as you get access, if you expressly agreed at checkout that access starts right away and confirmed that you then lose your right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). If you still have a right of withdrawal, you can use our withdrawal form or email us.

No promised results

The guide teaches a method. What you build and earn depends on you, your idea and your market. We do not promise any income. Claude, Canva, Payhip and other tools mentioned are separate services with their own terms and prices, which can change.

Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the damage that was typical and foreseeable. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

Law

German law applies. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in still apply.
